Kenton Morrow follows a proven methodology that has been utilized on numerous rescue and recovery situations. Although each client situation is different and requires a unique approach to achieving success, the basic steps we follow are:
- Assess and Determine Root Causes: This involves evaluating contracts, staffing, leadership and artifacts and interviewing key stakeholders. Note that stakeholders include individuals and organizations both internal and external to the project team.
- Replan: Once the assessment is complete, the project needs to be replanned. This includes meeting with stakeholders to review the plan with affected costs and dates.
- Execution: After stakeholder review and approval, the new project is kicked off. With proper planning, management, and communication in place, success is achieved.
